Lotemax dosage?

I went to the eye doctor yesterday, and I got a prescription for Restasis for my dry eyes. Along with that, I got a prescription for Lotemax, for more immediate relief (to help prevent inflammation I guess). I remember that my doctor said to put one drop of the Restasis in my eyes once in the morning, and once at night, but I can't remember what he said for the Lotemax. I THINK he said one drop in each eye four times a day, but I might be thinking of Theratears, which we didn't get. Does four times a day sound like too much? It makes me nervous to use it because they said it was a steroid, so I definitely don't want to use it too much. I'm 19 years old, and I've worn glasses since I was 9 (and I live in the desert), if that helps.
