Low vision care with albinism

Hello,

I am a 23 year old male with albinism and so far i have been getting along with just normal prescription glasses. However it seems i cannot get much help from eye-care stores like Lenscrafters and may need to see an ophthalmologist. The glasses i have been using are somewhat of a help but recently my eyes are getting very tired easily and i haev a dull ache, especially in my left eye which happens to be my weaker eye. Its getting worse and i really need to see a specialist but am just not sure who to go to.

I live in the DC area and was wondering if anyone knew of any resources such as low-vision centers or the like in the DC, Virginia, Maryland regions.
