Macular Hole seal itself

I have just been dianosed with a Macular Hole in my right eye.  I will be 60 in September.

I understand that a macular hole can reseals itself (I realize this is a small percentage). Are there natural supplements I can take that will help in that process?

No.  Furthermore, large holes are less likely to seal themselves.  Before you decide to wait for spontaneous improvement, you should first know how big your hole is and whether there is still any traction (tension) on the area around the hole, which makes it less likely to close.  Your retinal surgeon can give you this information.
