Migraine with aura or ocular migraine

Hello, I often get migraines with aura.  Is there a specific type of food that I can ingest that will quickly reverse or get rid of the horrible symptoms?  Thank you very much for your time.

Some people can abort a migraine with a couple of aspirins and strong coffee. At other times certain foods like wine, cheese, chocolate can cause migraines. In one study of physicians with migraines two adult aspirin/day were the best migraine preventative.

I get migraines with and without the pain. The nausea and the dizziness is the worst part. I have had these migraines for about 20 years and have tried everything. Is there a surgery that is possible. I have five children to take care of. I get these migraines almost everyday. I have a 10 year old taht is getting the same symptoms as I.
