Multifocal lens replacement

Multifocal lens replacement

I had the newest generation of multifocal lens replacement done in early March of this year by my opthalmalogist for both eyes.  My near vision and distance vision is great, yet my intermediate vision (computer length and playing the piano length) is still fuzzy. When I ask my doctor if this part of my vision will improve, he says he doesn't know.  No one in his study group who he operated on before me had this problem.  Do you know of this problem and is there a solution?

I suspect you may have the restor??  There is probably not a lot that can be done since it has been since march.  If your near and distance vision are great then I would be very thankful for that.  It important to look for things like uncorrected astigmatism or refractive error and a corneal topography measurement and evaluation for dry eyes might be helpful.  These lenses are not perfect and better technology will still be coming in the future.
