Muscle weakness, and light sensitivity

I had surgery on left eye almost a yaer ago, for fungus being in it, they said it was all gone,  and I have 20/20 vision, But  Both my eyes are light sensitive, now and have muscle weakness, I dont know what to do. they hurt, so I rest them, have to wear sunglassess inside and out. I havent had any diagnosis of having  Leber's Disease. could I be low  in vitamines, THe surgeon, said he has no idea why I keep saying i am having this problem, he doesnt " see" anything  wrong with my eyes, please help. I cant hardly read or do anything  that has to do with seeing for a long period of time ;/     I have been taking Vit. A , zinc, Vit C  , and soem biotn, have taken a bit ov vit B. but read I may  be deficient in Vit B's I dont know waht to do :(
