My Eyelids are Flaccid and rough

about a week ago , i noticed that my eyelids are rough and itchy , and it was flaccid , my right eye is smaller than the left one now, i get embarresed when i go out,my sisters was amazed how suddenly it was , i also had a strong headache this period of time ,ooh and i remember that i used to have problems with my eyes before and it is till now,i guess it was 2 months ago after i accidently used an expired date Shampoo that mom wanted to throw away , and it got into my eyes and they started burning like hell and i started screeming from the pain then washed them and i had a misty vision then, my eyes aren't strong like before, even if i still don't need to put a glasses, i still can't go out in the sun without a sunglasses, and when my sister cook and there is onion in the food i go straight to my room and cover my head with my blancket because if my eyes cought alittle smell of onion my Tears start pouring down and i can't open my eyes at  all for almost 15 minuets because they start burning badly , i feel that my eyes are very weak. and i use the computer alot of time everyday with nothing to protect my eyes with, i dunno if it is the cause but iam confused ,i don't know what to do, i can't afford to go to an Ophthalmologist right now, iam scared, iam a teenage girl , only 19 years old, what should i do ??? please help me

You need to see an ophthalmologist.  You may have some corneal damage or inflammation in your eyes.
