My Son has High Myopia

Dear Doctor
My Son is 4 Years old and we have found him 4 months back that he has high Myopia of -10 in left eye and -12 in Right eye with Cylinders of 2 and 2.25
and the Ophtalmologist give him Glassess and said we have to recheck in two months
after two months i rechecked with another Doctor , coz we are away from the first one , he diagnosed Degenrative changes in Retina and high myopia of -14 with Cylinders 3.25 and -14.25 Cylinder 2.25
then i was not Stisfied , i check with another one he said -13 Cilynder 2.0 for both eyes ,
any way i made the glass of -14 with Cylinder 3.25 and used it for one month and rechecked with another doctor because my sone was not comfortable with this one
the new doctor said -14 with Cylinder 2.0
I am confused now , what to do
and every time i make glass it cost me too much and no one of them are give us good time to check properly
i do not what to do ,
please can you guide me

Very unusual for a 4 year old to have such significant myopia.  You need to go to a university based pediatric ophthalmologist who could refer to subspecialists if necessary and 1) make sure there is no medical condition that could be leading to the high myopia.  2) consider treatment with certain drops or other recommendations that may slow down the myopia.  At this rate, he will likely get a lot worse by the time he gets older and is at significant risk of eye problems from high myopia.

He is other wise completly normal and no medical conditions he has
i hope if you write in details about what medical conditions can be so i can search for , as for as i am a resident in Internal Medicine
What kind of Drops we can offer ,
i have discussed with the Ophtalmologist here , they said , we can not do anything else out of glass until the age of 17-18
i am trying to find a better Opthtalmologist , i hope i will find one soon , coz i have tried 3  yet.
