My baby one eye is slighty small than the other

My one year baby right eye is slightly small than the other. I have noticed this one month ago. I thought i would go off. But it is still there. She is very health baby and has no complications regarding her health.
I searched in website and found that it is PTOSIS.
I have seen pictures regarding it. It is not that much worse, Her eye is slightly small. Is it a problem. Whom should i contact for that problem.
Please help me and reply to my mail. I'm worried seriously about it.

Yes your child needs to see a pediatric ophthalmologist as soon as possible a droopy eyelid (ptosis) can be associated with eye abnormalities and problems including refractive errors, amblyopia.

Ask your pediatrician to assist you.

I am very sorry, I do not know the costs of this type of surgery in your country.  You need to talk to a pediatric ophthalmologist.

Thank you sir. I went to ophthalmologist today. He said that it is too early to comment on the status. He said the difference is very slight.  He asked to come when baby is 20 months old. He said it may be only facial assymetry.
Will Ptosis come and go in children, i have seen in some website. Please comment sir
