My eyelid looks like one with blepharitis but I don't have blepharitis symptoms?

For the past couple days, I've been having some problems with my face, specifically my eye lids. I think it's an allergic reaction but I'm not sure. I looked up some pictures and I found out that my eyelid resembles one that has blepharitis but my eyelashes and tears are fine, it just looks like it. I woke up this morning and my eyelid was very dry and slightly itchy, but when I checked in the mirror, I had several creases in the lid and my entire eyelid was tremendously swollen. The rash that was originally only around my eyes had also migrated towards my entire face and I can also feel it develop on my back. Several hours later, the swelling has gone down slightly but I still have multiple creases in the lid and it's still incredibly dry and itchy. I've been putting vaseline on it since it's been the only thing that hasn't burned but it's not giving much relief.
Does anyone know what it could be? And what I can do to get some relief? Also, is there an allergy test that I can get specifically to test for chemicals (like ingredients that are in cosmetics and facial products)? I've heard of food allergy tests but I was wondering for something to test for things that could be irritating in my cosmetics or other facial products. I've taken Benadryl but it didn't help at all. I tried putting on a moisturizer since my skin feels raw but it burned tremendously. Also, I don't know if this will help, but I've gotten rashes because of anxiety before in the past. The first time I noticed this kind of reaction on my face specifically was during a time of immense stress and anxiety. Could this be, in any way, a form of a reaction to my anxiety?
Thank you
