My eyes, I don't know what's wrong please help.

First of all, I'm new here and I don't know if this is where I should be posting this so sorry if it's in the wrong place. Okay to start I am a 14 year old boy and I am experienceing weird things in my vision, when I look into the sky I see little sparks of light moving all around as well as just random flashing sparks, they are not big but noticeable, I have floaters as well so I know that's not what it is and my eyes also feel strained, like how they feel when they are tired and you just want to close them, and this just all of the sudden started happening, I saw a thing on the internet where if you roll your eyes back and forth it will strengthen your vision so I started doing that for a while and then stopped and about the same time started experienceing the above, I'm really scared that I caused this and it's permanent, please help. This took a long time type on a tablet, anyway, again sorry if this was posted in the wrong area. Thank you!

Yes read the whole section on 'entopic phenomena" in wikipedia.com  you can see the blood cells in your retina capillaries against a variety of backgrounds. I can see them looking at my computer screen right now.

Thank you so much for your reply, and that seems accurate but one more thing though, does it every go away? I mean it isn't the worst thing ever considering it seems quite common but it would be nice look at the sky and appreciate it for what it is instead of seeing all of these weird things moving around. But you experience these things yourself? That's interesting. Thank you again!
Oh yeah one more thing, well actually two but let's just start with this, so we have established what my issue is, but is it natural for entoptic phenomenon to just suddenly start happening? And like I posted up there could I have damaged my vision from rolling my eyes? And remember when I mentioned a retinal tear? I feel like I caused a retinal tear by rolling my eyes. Another thing is I have been experiencing a soreness in my eyes and sort of a headache, so I am concerned about that, do you think I should have my eyes examined? Again thank you so much your time is most valuable to me, seeing your status anyway. Thank you!
The entopic phenomena is not new just your awareness and fixation on it. You cannot cause a retina tear moving your eyes. If you have not had an eye exam in 6-12 months yes see an Eye MD ophthalmologist.
Okay, so it's just a coincidence, that I started seeing this after moving my eyes? I can't damage my eyes at all from moving them? Thank you!
And my eyes feeling somewhat sore and tired is that something to be concerned about? Or should I just try to get more sleep?
Every 14 year old needs lots of sleep. I'm signing off this discussion thread. Take care of yourself.

I'm not sure what "=" is about but I'm glad to see I have attracted the attention of medical professional and maybe you can hear me out? So I don't want to make a fool of myself but I have done some research and I have found a couple of things and maybe you could tell me if I'm right or wrong would be nice, so one thing is "blue field entoptic phenomenon" which sounded about right but the problem is I don't only see these things in blue light for example the sky could be grey and I would still see it or the sun could shine on a white wall and I would see it so I'm not sure. The other thing I was thinking was a retinal tear I would think that the symptoms would be far more severe if that was to be the case. I hope you reply  thank you so much!

Hey :D Lots of people have bad sight because of using the electronics. I think the best thing you can do is to visit an optician. Dont worry, its nothing scary, he will just check your eyes and decide if you have a problem or is it just temporary. wish you all the best, Beee <3

Wow that was a fast reply, so you are just saying that I should take a break from looking at screens? And it's nothing to worry about? And maybe should see an optician? I played video games an awful lot before hand and now I am going to take a break and see what happens. I really hope youre right and you obviously know your stuff and I am probably making a fool of my self but are you sure? I mean I  want more than anything at this moment for you to be right but thats also why I don't want to get my hopes up, thank you so much for your beam of hope. One more thing though how long should it take to clear up? And again thank you so much for your quick reply, love you!
