Myasthenia Gravis & cataract surgery

Are you aware of any record of Myasthenia Gravis onset subsequent to or as a result of cataract surgery?

No.  There is no way there could be a causal relationship.  Cataract surgery and myasthenia gravis are not connected in any possible way.  They are separate conditions.
