Mydriasis from ICL Surgery

I had ICL surgery 3 weeks ago and pressure built up behind my eye for 18hours. This caused mydriasis in my right eye. The doctor has checked things several times and sees no damage to anything at all. I know that it "takes time" for the pupil to come down and its due to the trauma but is there ANYTHING that I can do at all? I use Pilo gel at night and Pilo 1% drops several times during the day. This is causing me lots of blurry vision and this hinders everything I do in life. Any ideas that I can do to "speed" up the process?

I just wanted to say thank you for responding with your recommendations. I have been taking Flaxseed Oil for about 6 days now and it has really helped alot with my dry eyes. Hopefully, it will help with the progress of the healing process too.

Thanks for the response. I have been taking painkillers because the drops give me a headache, but I'll try and not take them.  I have a great diet, take vitamins, and drink lots of water everyday.  And I did get some non-preservative eye lubricant last week. I'll look into the flaxseed oil though. I've never really heard about it so I've got to find it somewhere. :-)

ive had built up pressure the same, alot to do with dry eye try taking flaxseed oil teaspoon everyday it works wonders,i notice you still only 3 weeks out so still taking the drops, the quicker you come off them the better, they caused my eyes to dry even tho they didnt look it,which then caused pressure, another thing you should dowhich i think most important dont take any pain killers like ibuprofen, paracetamol, they really rised my pressure up,i was thinking these would help the pressure pain and head but make things worst, Alcohol lowered it when i had a drink on a fri or sat ,but would bring it back on next day with hang over.
So dont take pain killers ,or alcohol, drink plenty water, use flaxseed oil everyday notice difference in week , if you need drops for eyes when saw after using up your eye medication, use a non preservative dry eye drop, boots its own brand does a briillant 1  ,following these steps I dont have any pressure problems at all,if in pain just ride it out trust me it will get better after a week

Thanks for responding. The pressure hasn't lasted for 3 weeks, just the mydriasis. I read that mydriasis usually fixes itself with time if there is no damage, is that true?

Elevated pressure can permanently damage the pupil.  It will probably not return to normal if it has been present for three weeks.
