NEw glasses, what is my astigmatism correction?

ive just been given new glasses by my optician that has taken my script from -0.25 -0.25 sphere to -0.5 cylinder with right axis 10 left axis 180.

Basically they've removed my long distance power from the prescription and just provided astigmatism correction.

My question is if this is the case, what is my astigmatism correction value and if i wanted my long distance assistance back, how would i add that to my prescription?

No, it's not. I am able to distinguish a significant difference from the smallest change in lens and therefore, despite being the smallest change available, I notice. So, with all due respect to you and your medical degree, please, answer the question and not reply with incorrect, non-factual opinion.
