Narrow Angle Glaucoma

Have been told by one doctor I need a surgery to correct the problem. The other doctor has told me I have early stages of cataract. What should I do?

You're "doctors" should be MD eye physicians ophthalmologists. If one or both were non-physician optometrists discount what they see and see an Eye MD Find one at www.aao.org

The most critical question is whether you have angle closure, if you do you need a laser peripheral iridectomy on both eyes.

Early cataracts don't require surgery.

If you were told by an Eye MD that you need a laser iridotomy then have one. If you have reservations get a second opinion from a glaucoma specialist.
