New Lens same frame blurred vision

Hi,

hope you can help me i am a +7.00 with astigmatism in both eyes a lot more in my left eye
i bought new lens due to have them scratched, The place i do my glasses have my proper prescription so they just send them, i received them using the same frame everytime i look a bit to a side of the lens it gets blurred and i lose focus and it's impossible to use them, what's the problem? the old ones has 7 months difference from this new one's.

It is either a different prescription that is bothering you or a different type of lens material or perhaps the optical center is off.  Stand your ground and insist that the problem is fixed by the office.
