Night Blind

Salam. My son is 21 years old and is studying computer engineering. By birth he is totally night-blind and his day eye sight is too poor as well. Got him checked with various eyes especialists in pakistan but no Dr was able to suggest proper cure. I am very much upset bcus his eye-sight of both eyes is becoming weak by every passing day.
Kindly advise if any Dr has a treatment.

While I cannot make a disgnosis with the history you give of visual problems since birth and previous ophthalmololgists not able to help him it's unlikely much can be done now. However new research such as stem cell therapy, nonotechnology and electronic retinas may off hope in the future. remain under the care of a good ophthalmologist at a teaching institutuion.

I am obliged over the comments you provided on my son,s night-blindness. I am still worried cus your english text was beyond my understanding. If you kindly write in plain words I shall be thankful.
Plz tell me in simple words whether this night-blindness is cureable or incureable. Can you plz suggest me and tests so that I can get them and send you for further opinion.
whatever you feel can be helpful for you to look into the case or for me to do for my son,s treatment plz tell me.

What city are you from? Why do not you take your son to a teaching hospital in Lahore or Islamabad, there are many good eye specialists there.
