Night driving with a Mulitfocal Lens

Night driving with a Mulitfocal Lens

Is it true that many or most people who have a multifocal lens experience problems with night vision, or is it just a small percentage who are unlucky?? I am due to have an At Lisa Multifocal Torric lens inserted and the current reports say that it is only a very small percentage who have this lens experience this. Is this small amount unique to this lens?? Is this accurate reporting? I am not sure I want my night driving eliminated.... that would be a disaster quite frankly

Yes, about 5% do not adapt to the glare and halos at night.  See my previous post to your other question.

Thanks Dr Ray, I missed the 5% bit somewhere in all my questions.
