Object floating in my eyes

What is this condition? What is causing it? What can be done to get rid of them. It is driving me crazy. I went to an ophtalmologist last year and he said that my retina, and eye lense was ok and normal but what is causing these floating around my eyes. I heard it could be MS, Neuropathy and I do have a small 2mm Syrinx. Can someone help?

Please read in Wikipedia about "Floater".
If your eyes are ok and that's what the ophthalmologist said there's nothing to worry about.
