Occasional difference in pupil sizes and other symptoms

To start off, I have an MRI scheduled for next Tuesday.

Occasionally I'll notice that my left pupil is a smidgen larger than my right pupil, just a tad.
Also, sometimes (it comes and goes for days at a time, or days/weeks with out it happening) I'll get a quick jabbing pain on the left side of my head when I turn my head, bend over, strain like when having a bowel movement, chewing through a hard candy, etc. Sometimes I'll get it once a day, other times 5-6 times a day.... then it'll go away for days to weeks and so far.... it always comes back. It's been a week or two now since the last time it happened but I'm not convinced it's gone for good yet.
Sometimes, most days, if I'm not directly staring at something my vision will go blurry like when you cross your eyes kinda (maybe from staring at computer screen too long or maybe my glasses are a bad prescription?)

One last symptom, and it doesn't happen everyday... A pain in my neck. I've noticed it when I was outside standing up looking down at my phone.

Do these symptoms have anything to do with one another and if so any ideas what it could be? Trying to calm myself down because the MRI is kinda freaking me out. I'm super nervous and I get scared real easy about my health issues. Please help!

About 10% of people have minor differences in the size of their pupils as a normal variant (like different size feet) it's called physiological anisocoria. It's difficult to try and conceive of a single cause of all your symptoms.  None of them sound terribly ominous and there is a good chance your MRI will be normal. That being the case I would suggest a good eye exam with an eye MD.  Since you are concerned about your pupil size take in some good facial photos taken 5-10 years ago that clearly show the size of your pupils. Also do not the techs put in ANY drops until the Eye MD comes and examines and measure your pupils.

Im mostly worried the pupil differences are related to my head pains. MRI is on Tuesday. Also I have swollen glands under my jaw line that have me concerned.
Please let us know the MRI report.
