One eye bigger than the other...possible causes?

Hi, hope you can help with my problem.

My right eye is larger than my left eye. In pictures, you can clearly see the difference. If i focus on something, my right eye will appear larger than the left. Is this because the right eye is weaker so is straining? Not sure if this is a "lazy eye".

Thanks in advance for any help; it's much appreciated.

I seem to have noticed that Artists have an enlarged right eye. Richard Wagner the German composer had one and I think Ceclia Bartoli, JKRowling, and Rosamund Pike have one too. Logically,scientifically thinking persons on the other hand seem to have their right eyes almost closed.

I have had Bell's Palsy for 2 months and yesterday my eye seemed to look normal but today it is back to the same look of Bell's Palsy. Is this normal and is it okay if one pupil is bigger than the other?

You will have relapses of Bell’s palsy symptoms as it is more an irritation/compression  of the nerve from swelling or sometimes a virus. I went to this website and it has a lot of great information about Bells Palsy because even though I am a nurse and I know some information about it I worked mostly with elderly patients and didn’t have much experience with this particular condition. Therefore I felt it best to look for answers to complete my reply to your question. I did notice they had a study for people with BP but I didn’t look at the criteria or what the dates were for the study so you may look at that.

Everyone always points out that in pictures, my left eye seems smaller and even almost closed SOMETIMES. I don't understand. My right eye appears to be bigger and more natural while my left eye is smaller and duller.

Everyone points out that one of my eyes (my left eye) appears to be smaller, or even almost closed SOMETIMES whenever they see my pictures. I don't understand..is it just naturally like that? It's annoying because in most of my pictures, the left we seems to be smaller and duller while my rigt eye is bigger and seems more natural
