One pupil dialated

One pupil dialated

I was just wondering why one of my pupils is sometimes more dialated than the other.. Can this explain my dizziness/concentration?  My ears often pop and crackle too..

An important piece of information is whether this has always been the case or if it's something 'new'.  Perhaps as many as 10% of people have some difference in the size of their pupils (anisocoria).

If the problem is 'new' then an eye examination by an ophthalmologist (EyeMD) is a must. It is also important to remind the technician that the eye physician needs to see your pupils (and eyelids) before any drops are put into the eye. The problem could be that one pupil is larger than it should be or the pupil could be smaller than it should be. Some of these problems are associated with eyelid drooping (Horner's Syndrome, Third cranial nerve problems).

If the 'dizziness/concentration' problems are also new, to emphasize again, and these have developed any time in the last few years to months an medical eye examination is extremely important. Most causes of dizziness are not related to eye problems.

Popping and crackling of the ears is almost never a sign of eye problems. That should be checked, a common cause is blockage of the ear canal with earwax (cerumen).
