One pupil is more dilated than the other...?

My right pupil is more dilated than the other. Just noticed it a week ago, nothing happened such as head bump or head ache or any pain, still have the same vision, no head aches, good amount of water. Sleep i have been lacking in only a little. What is causing this? And how do i fix it so it isnt as noticeable?

If a difference in pupil size is the ONLY change then most likely you have a condition called physiologic anisocoria, which means 'unequal pupil size for no good reason'.  Most often the problem has been present off and on for years but is suddenly noticed.  However, several more serious problems in the eye or the brain can cause anisocoria.  Therefore, if the pupil size difference is constant and substantial, you should be evaluated by an Eye MD.  If the size fluctuates such that some or most of the time the pupils are equal, likely there is no problem.  In this case, there is nothing specifically to be done about the size difference.

Thanks for all the info, and i will be sure to see an Eye MD should it get worse.
