Ongoing eye problems

Taken Amoxicillin for years for acne. Taken Spironolactone to control oil in my skin. In March 2008 had corneal erosion. Stopped the spironolactone (diuretic) because I didnt want to dry my eyes out after the erosion happened.  In April experienced gritty sensation, foreign body sensation, burning and itching of eyes, irritation of inner eyelids, eyes are tired too.  Recently looked inside right lower inner eyelid and have a small white spot on the inner eyelid towards the outside corner. Was allergy tested today, no allergies, opthamologist says have dry eyes. Years ago diagnosed with Rosacea and just recently seborrheic dermatitis. Have oily acne prone skin. Could the eyes be affected by having oily acne prone skin with possible Rosacea and seborrheic dermatitis involvement?  And what could be the white spot on the inner eyelid. I am playing detective by myself trying to figure out who to see, where to go, what to do. Doctors arent helping much.  Any advice? Thanks.

Eyelid and eye irritation and inflammation caused by acne roseacea is a well know problem.

seborrheic dermatitis can be associated with anterior blepharitis.
