Why don't you use the usual search engines to do some research on your own.  Optic disc drusen in themselves are not something dangerous or scary.  Sometimes they can contribute to some degree of visual field loss but often are totally asymptomatic.  I think it is very important to see an ophthalmologist to make sure that it is truly optic disc drusen and not something else.  Photographs and visual field testing might be helpful and sometimes B-scan and red-free photographs can help make the diagnosis.
