Optic neuritis but no vision changes?

I have chronic headache issues. As well as anxiety. I started having a headache that seemed to be focused around my sinuses and eyes. I am feeling some discomfort when I roll my eyes- mainly the right one. I can't tell if the pain I feel is coming from my eye or the sinus area. The sinus areas under my eyebrows are tender to touch. I have had no visual changes at all. I don't always have discomfort when rolling my eye, but it seems to be worse when I look hard to the left with my right eye. I am terrified that this is optic neuritis. It will be a while before I can see a doc and was wanting some peace of mind. Could it be optic neuritis without visual changes?

I plan on it but it won't be right away and I am worrying. I just had an eye exam two weeks ago for my yearly. Guess I was just wondering if it sounded like optic neuritis?
