Orbital Apex Syndrome?

Orbital Apex Syndrome?

I was diagnosed with chronic fungal rhinitis and operated on Dec 08.Guided imaging Endoscopic surgery  No post op care given for fungal rhinitis due to change in diagnosis to bacterial sinusitis. Last week confirmed by 2nd opinion that was fungal all along. Problem has returned with vengenance. After surgery experienced strange eye movement when changing temps drastically. As in warm house to cold winter weather and vis versa. Vision was crossed and hard to control eye movement. Often vision crossed. After acclumating to temp change would cease. ENT said couldn't be b/c of surgery. Opthamologist over phone said probably inflamation (inflammation) since they were mucking about behind eyes. It did resolve, but I have noticed my eyesight is decreasing in overall vision since I was diagnosed last fall. Recently read that chronic fungal sinusitis can cause this syndrome. How fast would it come on, and how do I get treatment for it?
