There is no food or diet that will help this. Peripapillary atrophy is not uncommon; often it is not serious and never causes any problems at all. A common cause is exposure to histoplasmosis. Chances are good this will not interfer with your military career.

Dear sir yesterday itself I have got a regular check up of my eye in Appolo hospital the doctor took the photographs after dilating my eye she was astonished as the size of the atrophy is really big but in my vision there is no problem it is 6/6. Now she has said that she has seen small atrophy previously in other patients, she has suggested me that it is like a mole in the ratina of your eye but still told me to meet some ratina specialist please guide me with the best.

See the retina specialist. Let us know what he/she says. Changes are this will not be a big problem.

Dear sir I have consulted with Dr. Cyrus Shroff a senior ratina doctor here I am sharing the report with you- " He had a unaided visual acuity of 6/5, N5 in both eyes. Itraocular pressure was 15.0 mmHg in the right eye and 12.0 mmHg in the left eye. Examination of the anterior segment revealed no abnormalities in both eyes. Fundus examination of the right eye revealed pigmentation surrounding disc and the left eye showed no abnormalities. Optical coherence tomography showed normal foveal contour with with retinal pigment epithelium changes temporal to disc in the right eye and normal scan in the left eye. A diagnosis of choroidal naevus in the right eye was made." Please comment.

First you should get comments from the MD that examined you, only he can give specifics. I have done eye exams for the US Navy/Marines and nothing in your exam would disqualify you from almost all military pilot programs.
