PPV and retinal scarring

1) If you have retinal scarring, will this go away or heal as your eye heals after PPV?  IF it does....how long until it heals?  I came accross it in my readings here....I dont know if I have it.  My vision is still slowly improving to date...but it is still blurry.

2) im experiencing double vision right now.  My doc said that this is a good sign since i am starting to see.  BUt I was wondering if this could happen even if your eyes are not at the same level of vision yet...meaning...my operated eye is improving....but it is still blurry and not at the same vision level as the good eye.

1. Scar by defintion does not go away. It may shrink and become less conspicuous
2. No reason for me to not agree with your surgeon.
