PRINTED WORDS SEEM DISCOLORED

SOMETIMES WHEN I AM READING LATELY,I HAVE NOTICED THAT THE BLACK COLORATION OF PRINTED WORDS DO NOT SEEM TO BE  A UNIFORM SHADE OF BLACK.  THE LETTERS IN THE WORDS SEEM TO VARY FROM BLACK TO GREY.  WHEN I SHOW THE SUSPECTED WORDS TO OTHERS AND ASK ABOUT THE FADED APPEARANCE, NO ONE ELSE SEEMS TO SEE THIS.  I WORRY SOMETHING IS STARTING TO GO WRONG WITH MY EYES.

well, it could be astigmatism or an eye disease like that. I'd suggest you to go to an optometrist.

Your problem could be due to disese or a need for glasses. See an Eye MD. In the USA find one at www.aao.org or elsehwere ask your FP for a referral.
