PRK/Lasik and ocular rosacea

I have ocular rosacea which makes it incredibly difficult to wear contacts so I've become more interested in getting some form of laser vision correction.  Some of the research I've done seems to indicate that PRK would be a better solution for me due to the ocular rosacea--is that the case?
