PRK or Lasik with Glaucoma and Nystagmus

Hello, I was bornin with congenital glaucoma and nystagmus.  The glaucoma has been well controlled, though I have a mini shunt in my left eye my right eye is controlled with no meds.  My Opthalmologist has stated that I may be able to have Lasik or PRK since my glaucoma is controlled, and they have tracking lasers now.  Any thoughts on that?  Thanks!

I would ask you glaucoma specialist.  LASIK requires the application of suction on the eye which can temporarily raise your IOP.  I prefer PRK for glaucoma patients.  Also,  after LASIK or PRK your cornea will be thinner and the IOP will measure falsely low.

I know the Ladarvision( probably no longer available and Allegetto wave can track congenital nystagmus.  I do not know about the Visx.
