PTERYGUIM

I have a pteryguim on my left eye and it keeps growing. how can you stop it? i have to work the computer everyday for over eight hours. is the light source from the computer screen will make my pteryguim get bigger?

Staring at the computer causes dryness which will make a pterygium worse.  Blink and use frequent tears.
