PVD at age 21

I got PVD at 21 i seen a eye doctor 2 times and he didn't no what was wrong with me and then i was sent to a specialist who said i have PVD. I have both healthy eyes and i was wondering is it a worry if i get only 2 new really tiny eye floaters i can only see them if i close my eyes a little but other then that the flashes has calm down sooo much since i started to get them but i have a web effect in both eyes but no flashes well one or two flashes nothing that last 10 secs and that's mostly when i wake up. Thx :) Oh My PVD is from sleeping on my eye and pushing on them as i sleep its a wired habit
P.S the Specialist told me he had a PVD at age 25

PVDs occur at roughly the rate of 10% per decade of life so by age 20 between 10-20% have some degree of PVDs.  So roughly one in 4 people your age have them.  I started noticing at age 8.  JCH MD
