Pain in eye

I am having general pain in my left eye, I do wear contact but it seem more often when i am wearing my glasses. I have noticed dust and wanted to know if it could be like a pressured sinus related headache and just hurting aswell in my eye? or what does this mean, b/c its pain in the upper left part of my left eye and sometime a burning feeling?

99% of the time this is due to contacts even if it hurts more with glasses (because the contacts numb the cornea so pain occurs after CTLs removed. ) See your CTL fitter to start an evaluation of the problem.
