Pain in eye socket when moving eyes to the right

When I look up and to the right, beginning at about the 1 o'clock position, pain occurs in the top right corner of my left eye socket...and continues to be painful as I continue to look down to about the 5 o'clock position. No pain is felt when looking to the left, or in my right eye.

You need to see an ophthalmologist. There are some minor and some major things that might cause this
