Pain when focusing up close

I have a pain in my right eye when I focus on something up close. This started yesterday.  My eye is quite red.  

What should I do about it?

If vision is not infected try warm compresses and cleaning eyelid with occusoft eyelid cleaning foam (over the counter). If vision is affected see Eye MD. Find one near you at www.aao.org
