Pale optic disc and other symptoms

Hi,

I have the following symptoms and wonder if they are related and what might be causing them. I have just been to my GP and he said he is going to send me for some tests. He never said what tests they are, I guess ill find out when the letter arrives. He seemed quite concerned, but said it was best not to worry till ew got some results. Now i'm curious and worried.

symptoms:

Pale optic nerve
Severe headaches, sometimes behind both eyes, sometimes just behind 1, mainly rightsided
severe fatigue and lack of concentration
Feeling bruised all over, with no actual visual bruising
dizziness and loss of balance
loss of apetite

any suggestions about what tests might be done and possible causes for all or some of these symptoms wouls be very much appreciated

You need to see an ophthalmologist and a neurologist to evaluate the pale nerves and headaches.

Probably have more than one problem
