Panuveitis, optic neuritis

I'm a white English woman of 27.
In April 2007 I woke up one morning with very poor vision in my left eye, during that day my sight got better and that evening I had a slight headache. The next morning I woke up and again the vision in my left eye was very poor, I went to Moorfields eye hospital where they told me I had ON.
They told me I didn't need to take any medication as with ON peoples sight can return by itself. However about 3 weeks later my sight didn't improve and they diaognosed panuveitis and put me on about 90mg of steroids a day after a few months the sight in my left eye very slightly improved however I still cannot see much out of it!
I have had so many blood tests I've lost count, a lumber puncture, numerous MRI's, spine scan and they have pumped me full of orange dye for some reason. All of these have come back negative??
Then about 2 months ago I got a severe pain in my left armpit that spread down the length of my arm and it's hard to describe but was numb but painful at the same time, after a couple of weeks this feeling passed but I got the same feeling in my left leg this feeling is now subsiding too but it is now in my chest and when I look down I get a buzzing feeling that runs down my back.
The only thing that the specialists can tell me is I my possibly have some sort of autoimmune diease such as MS or Sarcodosis but they have no real answer which is so frustrating.
Do you have any clues, please help!!!!

Panuveitis is something that we often have no explanation for why it occurs and often we do not have good treatment for it. In so many words we're clueless.

You are at a World class hospital and should be under the care of a retina and/or uveitis specialist ophthalmologist and an rheumatologist.
