Pars Planitis

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone here has Pars Planitis, I have it and the doctors are thinking ms, waiting to see nero now. The doctor also said I was developing a membrane, what is a membrane?

2. Do a Google search of pars planitis

Usually a membrane means that a sheet of fibrotic material is growing over the macula (reading spot) of the retina (also known as an epiretinal membrane). This can cause blurred vision, a macular hole or promote fluid under the membrane (macular edema).

You need to see a retina Eye MD physician.

I've got pars planitis too. Left eye has it severe, right eye is developing it. I'm only 22.

23, here. I have pars-planitis with CME as well... Right eye had it bad.. 400's.. Left eye has a dull grey spot when I squint at the sky or a white wall... I know what that means. You should get tested for Lyme disease if you are in an endemic area.. The doctors dx'd me with MS 5 years ago.. My new neuro thinks it's lyme. amazing. Good luck, let's try not to go blind.

Yes I have pars-planits too. I am only 13 and was diagnosed yesterday. What can you tell me about pars-planitis?
