Peripheral retinal degeneration

I have diagnosed with Peripheral retinal degeneration and Keratconus in both eyes and have done cross linking treatment for my right to halting the progression of Keratconus and planning to do the second eye next month .Can you advice me if there is any treatment for Peripheral retinal degeneration and how much the possibilty of getting breaks in retina .Is there any affect on retina if I do the cross linking treatment

I have  -4.5 right and 3.75 left

There are many different types of peripheral retinal degeneration that have very different causes and long-term risks.  Your question cannot be answered.

Thanks for answer .I have lattice degeneration in both eyes and holes and I would ask if I would go for a laser treatment or not as i have different opinion from retinal specialist with and without doing this treatment and they want me to decide .Have 2 big holes and other small holes in my right eye and just small holes in my left eye .your advice is helpful
