Peripheral vision.

Peripheral vision.

When my grandson was born he was found to have had a brain haemorage leaving a hole in his brain on his left hand side.  His parents have been told that he will not have peripheral vision.  How will this affect him long term, will he still be able to distinguish things and be able to learn?
Thanks

Can't usually tell untill older as different situations turn out differently and unpredictably when it comes to kids and brain damage.  If he has shaking eyes (nystagmus) or crossing or can't focus on objects after 3 months of age = bad signs for vision.  If he is able to look at objects and follow them around after 3 months = good sign.  I wish you the best.
