Pimple on my eyeball?

I recently [a little over a month ago] had eye muscle surgery. It was my fourth one and I've never had any odd occurence. However, this time my right eye is still slightly blood shot and it appears that there is a "pimple near the inside corner of my right eyeball. I'm currently away at college and 3 hours away from my eye doctor. I was wondering if anyone could enlighten me as to what this is before I resort to calling my mother. Which then she will freak out and call my eye doctor; resulting in me having to take time away from my classes to get it checked out. Any help I could get would be great. :)

It most likely is a cyst of the conjunctiva. If there is no pain, no discharge no reduction of sight you need not freak out and can have your Eye MD check it next time you're home (might call their office on Monday and ask for advise).

Here's some more good advise. Study hard. Your college grades will follow you around the rest of your life.
