Pinhole Glasses for High Myopia

1. I would like to find out about the benefits and harms of wearing pinhole glasses, specfically for those with high myopia (above 6.00 diopters). From what I know, these glasses are used to correct mild and moderate myopia.

Can anyone provide me with some personal experiences and/or scientific evidence?

2. Do share some other methods of reducing high myopia naturally (without surgery) if possible.

No way to resolve myopia with "natural" remedies.  Pinhole glasses have the limitation of significantly reducing your depth perception and peripheral vision so they would not be safe for driving.
