Post Op Eye Drops

I'm on Lotemax / Pred Forte and also on Ketorolac (generic brand of a perscription that I forget) which is an anti-inflamatory.
I have access to Lotepred; is that the same as the Ketorolac, (anti-inflamatory)?
Or, is Lotepred the same as Zymar (anti-biotic)?
I'm trying to avoid renewing my perscription of Ketorolac for 8 more days.
Thanks,
Bill

I know of Lotemax but there is no generic.  Sorry.  It never hurts to ask your doctor for a sample.  Give them a sad story and complain a lot - it usually works.  Lodeprednol is Lotemax.

Lotemax is the brand name of the drug loteprednol. It is a steroid anti-inflammatory like Pred Forte and likely is to be used in place of Pred Forte (or the other way around). You would need to ask your doctor to be sure. "Lotepred" on the label must refer to the generic name of loteprenol.
The brand name of Ketorolac, which is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory, is Acular. So, nothing you have replaces the Ketorolac. Sorry. Maybe your doctor could give you a sample.
P.S. I'm a retina patient on this forum, but also a pharmacist by profession.
