Post cataract question

Hi, 2 weeks ago, I had cataract surgery. My surgeon told me that he extracted big cataract and put lens in my eye...
Back in July when he ordered me for cataract op, I was also ordered for silicone oil removal... but he left it inside, when I asked him about the oil, he told me that it should be inside... So I guess he didn't change it...
Next, I had some inflammation post op, and my pupil could not dilate, so they gave me 3 shots, two for dilation and one for inflammation... My pupil is still small, but my sight is getting better, also,  they told me that I will probably have to go for laser to remove secondary cataract (or something like that)
How can this pupil thing be corrected, with time or with surgery?

And also, they checked my other eye that had some small holes and one smaller tear, but it was sealed... And it was just fine, no problems...
But when I got home, one week passed, I thought about this eye, about flashes, etc... and now I can see all kind of flashes, bolts, usually when blinking...
Maybe thinking about that initiate the flashes (bolts).. what do you think?

But just to be sure, next week I'm scheduled for check up with the ultrasound, when they check my eyes with ultrasound, can they see new abnormalities (holes, tears)?

The pupil may get better with treatment.  Ultrasound can see horseshoe tears but it may be difficult due to the usual location of the tears.

If they checked me 2 weeks ago, what do you think, is it possible that after this surgery on the eye with cataract, my good eye suffered somehow?

Or is it just part of my imagination and anxiety?
