Left eye:
Pupil response sluggish.
Sensitivity to light / pain in eyeball when seeing bright light.
Distance vision slightly blurred.
Noticing edge reflections

Right eye: no problems.

Peter, it is not normal to be light senisitive and have pain this far out after cataract surgery.  You should talk with your surgeon about what can be done to make thinks better.
