Prescription change

Hi I just got my new eyeglass prescription and the axis changed, the doctor said I had a very slight change in my prescription does this change seem right. I want to order glasses on line but don't want to make a mistake and not be able to see out of them. Thank you so much for your help

old prescription reads

OD: -1.75  +0.25  X 120
OS  -1.75

New Prescription reads

OD -1.75  -0.25  X 027
OS -1.75

There is very little difference in those two RXs, there is next to nothing in the astigmatic correction of your RE.  Most people would not be able to tell any difference at all b etween those two RXs.
