Pressure in right eye

I am a 74 yo female who on 8-9-12 had an eye exam and was told that I had the above.  This was the first time I had been told this, and was concerned.  Among other things also, I learned I have guttata, pseudo exfoliation, cataracts,
I had optical coherence tomography and was told it was normal.
I am going for a checkup the end of this month and going to have a Humphrey visual field test.
Naturally, I am quite concerned especially about the pressure in the rt eye.
What can I expect at this next visit and can the pressure get back to normal?
Please advise.

I realize they will recheck thepressure. However, with the OCT being normal is there a good chance the pressure will return to being normal?
Is guttata serious and is it related to high pressure?

They will check your pressure at your next visit and if still elevated and if there are changes on the OCT and visual fields, treatment with drops may be started.
