Now I get pain in the center of my eyeballs when I blink. and aching nerve like pain on the eye brow area
If it started immediately after the exam its not likely stress. The drops cause the eye to dry, sometimes people scratch their eye because its numb and a small % of people are allergic to drops
you can try warm compress, get an artificial tear and use hourly for several days. That will take care of most of the problems.
Consider a new "doctor" next time and tell the next person that does your eye exam about your experience this time.
If not better in a day or two you need re-examined.

As indicated by Dr. Kutryb you need to either see your ophthalmologist Eye MD physician or get a second opinion from a different one. You can go to www.aao.org and use the Find An Eye MD feature to locate one in your city.

My other problems are, blurred vision, dry eyes, headaches, near-sighted now (never have been), red eyes, stinging, eye sight worsened over 75% .
It's very unlikely. THe only instance where I could imagine the dilating drops hurting you would be if you developed an attack of narrow angle glaucoma. You definitely need a recheck right away with your ophthalmologist, regardless, because you're having new problems.
